1. Eligibility for Exchanges & Returns

  • Time Frame: You can request an exchange or return within 3 days of receiving your product.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates intact. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange or return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized, engraved, or customized products, as well as items purchased on sale, are not eligible for exchange or return.

2. No Refund Policy

Please note that Vogue Wing does not offer refunds.

3. How to Initiate an Exchange or Return

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
  • Exchange Processing: Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
